SUMMER CAMP at harvest community church

Ages PreK - entering 6th grade (completed 5th grade)

Come and "camp out" with us for the week!
Excitement and adventure await from the first minute of each day!
Campers will experience stories through music, drama and storytelling, games, arts and crafts, and even snacks. Go on an exciting journey where we learn to trust God no matter what situation life brings and understand that God is always with us!

What to expect:

We love to dance and sing at Harvest's VBS - even our leaders all join in! We always choose high energy, fun songs.

CRAFTS

We will be encouraging the kids' creativity as we do fun themed crafts all week long

INTERACTIVE stories

Being involved in the lessons helps the kids remember the lesson and better understand how it applies to their lives!

SERVICE/ MISSIONS

Our desire is that the kids have a blast but that they learn to think of others as well. Each VBS we introduce an opportunity for serving and giving.

We play all different kinds of games to include all different kinds of kids! We hope that they create opportunities to smile and create comradery.

CLOSING PARTY

After a terrific week, we like to close out VBS with a fun party that includes all sorts of fun, food, games and special prizes!

THEMED SNACKS

Everyone likes a good snack and we create kid-friendly treats (with allergies in mind)! It's also a time where small groups get a moment to connect.

PARENT CAFE

If you are dropping off kids but would prefer to hang out during VBS, we have a spot just for Moms & Dads. You can grab a cup of coffee and visit with others or just sit and read a book.

Hey there! Thank you for stopping by our website and checking out our VBS! It is one of our annual highlights at Harvest. We love kids and we love spending the week pouring into them!

All of our volunteers are screened with an application and background check. We break all of the kids into small groups that are led by one or two experienced leaders who love on them and care for them each day.
