BROKEN CHAINS is a fellowship of bikers who have found healing in Jesus Christ through the ministry of Celebrate Recovery who help others to realize that change is possible. Our Broken Chains ministry is run by Russ and Deb Bissell and if you are a biker or motorcycle enthusiast who has a love for motorcycles and embraces the Christian Biker lifestyle, you are welcome to join them!!
