Since we have many ministries at Harvest and we want to make sure that we accommodate you and, as a staff, are aware of your needs.
We have two resources below that we hope will help you plan your event. Please run through the checklist as you plan and make sure that everyone involved is on the same page.
The "Building Use Request" will go to our admin and will be confirmed at the following Tuesday's staff meeting. Our admin (Diana) will contact you with any questions and confirmation of your date ; as well as send your request form on to our Building Care Elder (Mike Lutz).
Please read over our Building & Equipment Use Policy and Procedures (link found below) and then fill out the Building & Equipment Use Request. Let us know what we can do to support you!
