Harvest Community Church in Willoughby Hills, Ohio is seeking a highly organized, mission-minded Church Administrative Director & Ministry Integrator to help turn pastoral and elder vision into organized, accountable execution across the church.
This is more than a traditional administrative position. We are looking for a strong operational leadership Integrator who can help connect people, ministries, systems, volunteers, finances, projects, and priorities so that Harvest can faithfully and effectively pursue its mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and strengthen day-to-day church operations, systems, projects, facilities, communications, technology, and deadlines.
• Work closely with the Senior Pastor and elders to translate ministry vision into practical plans and measurable follow-through.
• Lead, coordinate, and appropriately hold staff and volunteer leaders accountable for agreed-upon responsibilities.
• Recruit, train, equip, and develop volunteer leaders rather than attempting to personally perform every task.
• Protect and organize the Senior Pastor's priorities, calendar, and time.
• Help develop responsible fundraising, donor communication, sponsorship, grant, and community-partnership opportunities under leadership oversight.
• Help create strategies to reach, welcome, follow up with, and connect people throughout the surrounding community.
• Strengthen local outreach through prayer, service, relationships, and Christian ministry.
• Promote biblical stewardship, financial transparency, sound internal controls, and a strong commitment to operating without unnecessary debt.
• Maintain excellent confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and communication.

• Able to work collaboratively with pastors, elders, staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
• Skilled at communication, delegation, problem solving, and building healthy accountability.
• Financially responsible and committed to biblical stewardship.
• Passionate about helping a local church grow spiritually, organizationally, and in its impact on the surrounding community.
A Significant Early Priority
One important leadership priority for Harvest's next season will be helping the church develop and execute a responsible strategy toward debt freedom, while continuing to faithfully support ministry and outreach.
Position Details
Employment status: part-time
Hours per week: 24
Salary/ compensation range: starting at $25,000/ year
Benefits: small expense account
Work schedule: in person weekly staff meeting/ flexible hours
Sunday/ evening expectations: Sunday morning attendance is required plus a meeting one evening monthly
Reports to: Senior pastor and elder board
Required education: College degree appreciated but not required:
Experience: 5 year minimum of administrative experience
